How much does a metal carport cost?
Price depends on the size, the roof style, how much of the building is enclosed, and the wind and snow certification your county requires. A small single carport sits at the bottom of the range and a fully enclosed multi-car garage at the top. Is delivery and installation included in the price?
Yes. Standard delivery and installation on your prepared, level site are included in the quoted price across our service area. Site preparation, permits, and concrete are handled separately, and we will tell you upfront what your site needs.
What is the difference between a regular, A-frame, and vertical roof?
A regular roof has rounded corners and horizontal panels, and is the most economical. An A-frame roof adds a peaked, boxed-eave frame with horizontal panels. A vertical roof runs the panels from the ridge down to the eave so rain, leaves, and snow slide off rather than sitting on the roof. Vertical is the recommended choice in any area with real snowfall or for buildings over about 30 feet long.
Do I need a permit for a metal building?
That is set by your county or city, not by us. Most areas require a permit once the structure passes a certain square footage or gets anchored to concrete. Our certified buildings come with engineered drawings you can submit with a permit application. Check our permit requirements guide, then confirm with your local building office.
Can I get a building with no credit check?
Yes. Rent-to-own has no credit check and no long-term commitment. You answer a few questions, sign a month-to-month agreement, and you can pay the building off early at any time. Traditional financing is also available if you would rather own it outright from day one.
How long does it take to get my building?

What wind and snow ratings can I get?
Certified buildings are engineered to the wind speed and snow load your area code calls for, and the certification is based on a concrete installation.
